About YOKO
A studio for brands
that want to be felt.
YOKO began as a small group of designers and animators in Maharashtra who were tired of the way creative work gets made — siloed teams, templated output, briefs disconnected from craft.
We rebuilt the studio model around a single idea: that great brand work happens when identity, film, 3D and web are made by the same hands. We're a small team on purpose. Senior craft, fast loops, no agency seams.
How we work
Four principles, no exceptions.
01
Taste over trend
We design for the next ten years, not the next algorithm. Trend dies. Taste compounds.
02
Show the work
Every brief gets a sketch, a frame, a prototype — fast. Conversations beat decks.
03
One team, one room
Strategy, design, motion and code in the same room. No handoffs, no echo chambers.
04
Make it inevitable
When it's right, it looks obvious. We sweat the work until it can't be any other way.
Process
How a project moves
through YOKO.
01 · Stage
Brief
We start with a 60-minute working session — not a sales call. By the end, the shape of the work is on the table.
02 · Stage
Make
Concepts in week one, not month one. We move in tight loops with the founder or marketing lead — no agency drift.
03 · Stage
Ship
Production-ready files, motion masters, and a brand system you can extend. We stay on through launch.
Principles in practice
- 01We say no to projects we can't make great.
- 02We don't run more than four engagements at a time.
- 03Every file we ship is one we'd put on our own reel.
- 04If it isn't better than what we shipped last quarter, it isn't done.
